S-type pump is a single-stage double-suction horizontal middle-open centrifugal pump, which is suitable for water supply and drainage in factories, mines, cities, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage and various water conservancy projects. ● Structure description:
1. The suction port and discharge port of the S-type pump are both below the axis line and parallel to the horizontal plane of the axis. When the pump casing is opened, there is no need to disassemble the water inlet during maintenance, and discharge the pipeline and motor. When viewed from the driving end to the direction of the pump, the water pump rotates clockwise. According to the needs can also be in counterclockwise rotation production, order should be special.
2. The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, shaft seal parts, bearings and other components.
Among them, the pump body and the pump cover constitute the working chamber of the impeller, and the pipe screw holes for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges are made in the inlet and outlet flanges, and the pipe screw holes for draining water at the lower part of the inlet and outlet flanges.
3. The impeller has been checked by dynamic balance. The axial position can be adjusted by the shaft sleeve nut and the shaft sleeve nut on both sides. The axial force of the impeller can be balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades. There may be some residual axial force borne by the bearing at the shaft end. The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings or four radial thrust ball bearings. The bearings are installed in the bearing bodies at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with butter. The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage back to the water suction in the water pressure chamber of the water pump.
4. The water pump is directly driven by the motor through the pin coupling.
5. The shaft seal of the S-type pump is a soft packing seal. In order to cool the lubrication seal cavity and prevent air from entering the pump, a packing ring is installed between the packing. When the water pump works, low-base high-pressure water flows into the packing cavity through the ladder-shaped concave sandalwood or external water-sealed bud parts on the middle opening of the pump firefly, thus acting as a water seal.
6. The axial seal of S-type pump can also adopt inter-graph mechanical seal device. It ensures that the water pump does not leak under higher water pressure.
