● Product overview:
XJ pulp pump is an energy-saving and efficient product produced by our company. This product is based on the current papermaking process and actual use, through the joint research and design of our company and Zhejiang University, and adopts an open three-blade impeller. The gap between the impeller and the side plate can be adjusted to keep the impeller a constant gap and Continuous and efficient performance. The impeller has no blockage, light weight, high efficiency, stable operation, and the motor power is one to two gears smaller than the currently widely used slurry pump, which can get the real benefits of high efficiency and power saving.

● Structure description:
1.XJ pulp pump is a single suction cantilever structure, the main parts are pump body, impeller, rear cover, shaft, suspension and other components.
2. From the pump inlet, the impeller is counterclockwise rotation, the pump is axial suction, radial (middle) exclusion.
3. The pump is a rear door open structure, so it is not necessary to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
4. The pump shaft is supported by two rolling bearings; Or consists of two angular contact ball bearings and ball bearings. Use thin oil lubrication.
5. The shaft seal shall be in the form of packing or mechanical seal.
6. The open impeller uses a certain amount of gas-liquid mixed transportation, and because the gap between the impeller and the side plate can be adjusted, the impeller can maintain a constant gap and continuous high efficiency performance.
7. The pump is directly driven by the motor through the elastic pin shaft.
