● Product overview:
PJ type upper slurry pump. Also known as low pulse pump, it is a kind of replacement product designed by itself for the problems of unstable pulp and inconvenient disassembly and assembly of large flow and low head mixed flow pumps widely used in general paper enterprises. It has the following characteristics:
1. High efficiency: the efficiency is 75 ~ 85%, which reduces the matching power of the motor and has a significant energy-saving effect.
2. Pulp stability: Because the impeller adopts split and staggered blades, after precision casting, the pressure pulse is minimized, so the quality of the paper can be uniform.
3. Long life: Because the impeller of the pump is composed of two single-suction impellers back to back, no axial force will be generated during work. In addition, the bearings are located on both sides of the shaft and are lubricated with grease. The labyrinth seal, so that the bearing is effectively protected.
4. Easy maintenance: Since the pump body and the pump cover joint surface and the axis line of the horizontal plane coincide, maintenance of the pump, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipeline and mobile motor or other prime mover.
5. The pump is suitable for the matching of the pulp supply system of the high-speed paper machine, which can improve the output and quality of paper, and is conducive to the technical transformation of the old paper machine in our country. It is suitable for slurry transportation with temperature below 80 ℃ and concentration below 1%.

● Structure description:
1. The axial planes of the suction port and discharge port of PJ type upper slurry pump are both below the pump axis and parallel to the horizontal plane of the pump axis. The pump casing is open, and there is no need to disassemble the water inlet, discharge pipeline and motor (or other prime mover) during maintenance. From the direction of the driving end to the pump, the pump rotates clockwise, and can also rotate counterclockwise as required for production, which should be specially proposed when ordering.
2. The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, bearing and other components.
The impeller adopts a double-suction structure, and the left and right blades are evenly separated and staggered. Precision casting and dynamic balance verification are adopted to make it have the same blade channel volume and complete symmetry of the surface. Keep a proper distance between the impeller and the pump shell partition tongue, effectively control the liquid flow angle, so as to ensure that the pressure pulsation is reduced to a minimum. The pump shaft is supported by two deep groove ball bearings, which are installed in the bearing body at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with grease. The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage of the pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.
3. The water pump is directly driven by the motor through the elastic pin coupling.
4. The shaft seal is a soft packing seal. In order to cool and lubricate the sealing cavity and prevent air from entering the pump, a packing ring is installed between the packing. When the water pump works, a small amount of high-pressure water enters the packing cavity through the trapezoidal groove on the open surface of the pump cover to play a sealing role.
