LMJ agitator is mainly suitable for the circulation and stirring of various slurries or white water with a concentration of less than 6% under the effective volume of 20CW-in slurry tank or slurry tower.

1. Multiple installation methods
According to the needs of users and the structure of the slurry tank or slurry tower, the agitator installation methods are divided into three types: bracket type (code: slurry tank is P, slurry tower is T), guide rail type (code: slurry tank is PD, slurry tower is TD) and flange connection type (code: slurry tank or slurry tower is F), of which bracket type installation needs to be used as agitator foundation; guide rail type installation needs to be used as agitator foundation and motor (connecting guide rail) foundation; Flanged connection type installation does not need another foundation, and can be directly fixed on the slurry tank or slurry tower wall with flange. Users only need to sit with a support on the ground.
2. Shaft seal form of agitator: It is mainly related to the structural configuration of the agitator.
The shaft seal of the slurry tank agitator adopts a combined seal of skeleton oil seal and packing, and cooling or no cooling water can be added to the shaft seal. The shaft seal of bracket type or guide rail type slurry tower stirrer adopts packing seal without adding cooling water, but flushing water is required when replacing the packing, and the shaft seal can replace the packing without emptying the slurry in the slurry tower. The shaft seal of flange-connected slurry tower stirrer is still the same as that of slurry tank stirrer.
3. The angle of the blade can be adjusted to meet the needs of users. Anti-loosening gaskets are adopted.
4. The shaft is additionally provided with a protective sleeve, and the packing is provided with a protective sleeve to avoid shaft wear.
